7. Muscle Tension and Stress: Emotional stress and tension can cause muscle tightness in the neck and shoulders, leading to pain and discomfort.

8. Injuries or Trauma: Neck pain can result from injuries, such as falls, sports injuries, or direct blows to the neck.

9. Medical Conditions: Certain medical conditions, such as cervical spine infections, spinal tumors, or rheumatoid arthritis, can cause neck pain.
